A contemporary addition to a Listed pub on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park near Plympton, to provide a new dining space, kitchen and garden terrace.
We were able to convince the local planning authority that a distinctive, modern extension was the most appropriate solution for this Grade II Listed building.
The new and old elements contrast and compliment each other, while the large areas of glass to the dining space exploit panoramic views from the site toward Plymouth Sound and the moor.
