This restoration and remodelling of a tiny fisherman's cottage in the heart of Salcombe, involved the removal of several unsightly modern additions to create a high-specification holiday home.
Sash windows were reinstated and quality materials utilised throughout for bespoke furniture and the new staircases. As part of the works the uninhabitable basement area was enlarged and fully damp-proofed to create additional living space.
