Perched on the side of a hill overlooking the River Tamar, Goldsworthy House commands breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside.
Our clients had recently inherited the house and felt that the spectacular landscape was not fully exploited by the existing house.
Scarratt and Martyn were commissioned to design a Garden Room and new entrance which would make the house feel part of the view. The result is a simple oak-framed lean-to which frames the outlook and provides the perfect space from which to enjoy the landscape.
