A new house designed to meet a tight budget, using a mix of standard proprietary components and carefully chosen bespoke elements including timber and glass staircase and glazed sliding doors.
This was a follow-up project for our clients at the Nursery End, constructed as an investment opportunity within their garden. The Pavilion End utilises materials which harmonise with the adjoining property, yet the house retains a distinctive form of its own.
