The new platform has been inserted within the existing Grade II Listed converted barn, to provide useful additional floor space to serve as a home office. New glazed doors connect to a previously inaccessible upper garden level and improve daylighting, while the undercroft creates a cosy library area.
The green oak frame was designed in conjunction with Carpenter Oak Ltd, and they undertook the manufacture and installation of the mezzanine at this property in South Pool, Devon.
