This project involved the total refurbishment of a three-storey, three-bedroom house within the heart of the Calstock Conservation Area.
The existing cottage was charming but included an open-plan staircase that did not make good use of the existing space. The floor plan was rationalised and a new staircase designed which resulted in sufficient space to create a fourth bedroom and an ensuite for the master bedroom.
